Hello, I’m Linda
I’ve been wandering the globe solo for over 30 years, and for me, travelling alone has always been about the freedom to move through the world on my own terms.
Working in professional music and national radio taught me that the best adventures don’t come from perfect planning. They come from the confidence to handle whatever happens along the way.
I spent 26 years as a Technical Producer for ABC Radio. In live current affairs, you learn to keep the show on air no matter what, a skill that has turned my travel mishaps into some of my favourite stories.
Today, Muy Linda Travels brings together practical solo travel advice, destination guides and stories about places that leave a lasting impression, including sacred landscapes and earth energy sites. My travels have also inspired Sonic Earth Journeys, where I combine immersive meditations and natural soundscapes to bring these remarkable places to life.
For me, travel is about more than ticking destinations off a list. It’s about freedom, discovery and connecting with the places that move you.
