Sonic Earth Journeys are a collection of immersive, audio stories, high-fidelity soundscapes and guided meditations created to anchor the spirit and restore a sense of peace. Drawing on 26 years as a technical producer for ABC Radio and a professional background in classical music, I’ve traded the studio for the world’s most resonant landscapes to record the raw, healing frequencies of the Earth.
I created this space for solo female travellers seeking a deeper, more transformative experience. For women who value their autonomy and see independence as a gift, but are looking for guidance to manage the ‘mental load’ of a solo journey, which can be taxing.
I’m visiting the Earth’s most powerful places and the natural energy centres around the world, beginning with the peaceful sandstone echoes of the Blue Mountains and the stark and powerful Red Desert.
Next, I’ll be travelling to Mount Shasta in the USA and Haleakala, Maui, to create recordings that act as a vibrational anchor. By capturing the unique ‘voice’ of these sacred places, I’m creating a path for tapping into a sense of security, wellness, and grounding exactly when you need it most.

This recording captures a rare moment of “Earth-communion.” Walking through the scrub, a Wallaby pauses, indifferent to the world as it chews on a Wattle bush. At the viewpoint, the hum of the valley is a clear sonic signature of the dramatic landscape, along with vibrant Blue and Red Rosellas weaving through the trees, their calls bright, melodic threads in the energetic fabric of the bush.
